Our program supports veterans, justice-involved individuals, those recovering from homelessness, and anyone facing life transitions. We offer wraparound services including housing placement, transportation assistance, professional development, mental health referrals, and more — all offered with respect, compassion, and accountability.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, races, and genders. Our goal is to break cycles, rebuild lives, and foster long-term success through guidance and community support.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide safe and structured transitional housing to individuals in need of a second chance. We are committed to reducing homelessness, supporting reentry into society, and promoting long-term independence through housing, life skills training, and supportive services.
Who We Are
Primary Group Solutions is a Los Angeles-based reentry and transitional housing provider. We serve veterans, individuals recently released from incarceration, and anyone experiencing homelessness or housing instability. We work directly with courts, public defenders, legal advocates, and community programs to ensure our clients have access to the support they need to rebuild.
Our Approach
We believe in accountability, structure, and compassion. Our programs include safe, supervised housing, transportation, job readiness training, and connections to counseling and treatment services. We partner with legal, health, and workforce development professionals to help individuals regain stability and take meaningful steps toward long-term success.
